My husband installed WinXP SP2 this morning on his business computer after
being prompted by Windows Update. Since then the computer just continuously
reboots. He has tried a cold reboot but no success. Has anyone else had
this problem? What caused it and how do we resolve

He needs to uninstall SP2. Here are a couple of suggestions that might work
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;875355&Product=windowsxpsp2

or he might have to run a Repair Install - Look here for How To Run A Repair
Installation http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm
