Help and support center problems

Hi all,
Not sure when this occurred and system restore has not
helped.
When I opened help and support center, there was a red x
where the first picture should be. When I click on
connect to customer support, I get the red x and "cannot
display this page" message.
The rest of help and support appears fine.
I am on an HP computer, with current AV software, sp2
installed with no problems, and I run all the adware
programs regularly.

any thoughts would be appreciated.

MY question is - did it work before you installed SP2? Can you get to
that HP help page in Internet Explorer (assuming you know what the address
is). I don't know exactly how your help page works - mine is an eMachines
help page - perhaps HP has a new web page for help and support, and that's
why the link does not work..

I know I lost my help links for a while when eMachines merged with
Gateway. As for the picture, I have no idea why it doesn't display.
