SP2 problems

Guys,

Since I downloaded the SP2 on my computer I
haven't been able to click on a link inside of Internet
Explorer. If I go to a site on Internet Explorer and wish
to be transferred to another site by clicking on the link
IE freezes up on me for about 30 seconds and then
refreshes itself to the original page I was at and trying
to leave.

I have tried to disable the Pop-Up Blocker and that
doesn't help.

Any idea? I know its a bit confusing. Thanks for anything.
