Autoupdate Block of XPsp2

Hello I found a website from microsoft that tells how to block the auto
update of xp service pack 2.

I have a proxy server that will not run on xp sp2

I have been watching my machine because I have it set to notify me when
there are updates. Well I just kept seeing the sp2 update and nothing else.
I decided to go to the microft windows update page and low and behold there
were 4 other updates waiting for me but the auto update notifier did not let
me know they were there. It isnstst on only showing the windows xp sp2
update.

I would like to get the tool mentioned that will block sp2 from installing
in the registry.

Can anyone tell me how to get it?
