creating a multi-diskette file

I don't have a CD writer. My sister wants a copy of a
file that is too big for a diskette. There was a way on
DOS to create a multi-diskette file. Can you still do it?

Winzip is one way to span diskettes. You could do a google search a
download one of the file splitter programs but you sister would need a copy
also to put the file back together. I've used some in the past and they
work real well.
