Sudden failure to boot with message:Session manager
system process initialization terminated unexpectedly
with a status of 0Xc000026C (0x00000000 0x00000000).
System shut down.
Same thing in safe mode or last known good configuration.

What driver does it point to? Usually it will list the faulting driver in
the end of the text. You can boot into recovery console and use the DISABLE
command to stop this from loading and possibly boot the machine.
