I attempted to install XP Pro in a lap-top on which 2000
was running. Part way through, the screen went blank,
except for an 1/8" wide line across the screen. I can not
reboot, no matter what I try. When I reboot with F8,
there is an indication that XP pro is installed, then I
get the white lein and nothing else.
How do I get the machinen rebooted so I can install the
OS. Direct e-mail guidance would be most appredciated.
