I have recently upgraded from ME to XP and have been
trying to reinstall the driver for my external NIC card.
When I try to add new software and run the setup.exe
process, I get an error message "This operations system
require's Microsoft's setup procedure to be used for the
digital signature to be effective. CATC's setup procedure
will terminate now." It is not allowing me to run the
set up... and I need this driver to be in installed to
enable my computer to be able to access the Internet. The
driver is for the CATC NetMate Link. Is there any way
for me to be able to install this driver?

Thanks in advanced!
