I have been getting the following error messages on startup: "A serious
set up
error has occurred removing current installation files." That message is
accompanied by the additional message: "Could not open log file
C\Windows\ST5UNS.000." I don't know which installation files are involved.
Any suggestions on how I can eliminate this error?
