Hi,

It seems that since I installed XP SP2 on my Toshiba laptop, I can no longer
print when the computer resumes from standby. Restarting will fix the problem!

I use a HP 2410 USB printer and I made sure there was no update available
from HP.

Any suggestions or do I need to deinstall SP2! Thanks, Patrick

USB ports by default use Power Savings mode. Likely, the USB
channel itself isn't waking up properly.
To check, go to Device Manager and Double-Click each USB Hub.
There is a Power Management Tab where the Power Savings mode
can be selected.

I think I've seen several similar posts recently. Might be worth searching
this newsgroup at google.
