Delete files in Explorer

Quite often if I try to delete picures from files in
Explorer it copies them. The more I delete, the more
pictures appear. Why does this happen?

Reduce the sensitivity of your mouse. If it is set too high, slight
movements can be misinterpreted by the operating system.
