Modem Error after installing SP2

I get the following error:

The driver installation file for this device is missing a
necessary entry. This may be because the INF was written
for Windows 95 or later. Contact your hardware vendor.

after installing SP2, any ideas on how to fix. I'm using
the latest drivers from Toshiba.

Try removing the modem from Device Manager (Start-Run-devmgmt.msc).
Then add the modem again using the Modem Options in the Control Panel.
