If you can get into the selection screen like this then
you can fix your boot record. Select the recovery console
option and when you get your screen type in help and hit
enter and then you will see one of the choices down the
list is to write a new master boot record or attempt a
repair of the boot record and so on. You should also be
able to go into safe mode and then go>start\run and type
in msconfig and then click ok and then the boot.ini tab
and then check all boot paths button and see if it finds a
bad boot and writes a new one. All is not lost. If you can
get to the screen that gives you the choices you say then
you can fix your system. Good luck.
