When I first installed Windows XP I had a feature that
would let me take a snapshot of whatever page I was
using. This was to be able to send this page to a support
tech so that he could see exactly what the error message
said or what the window in use looks like.
I have forgotten how to access this feature. Any help?

Not aware of any snapshot viewer but just press "Print Screen", bring up
WordPad and enter ctrl v to paste it.

THAT'S IT...I was just calling it the wrong thing. I
knew it was something easy, just couldn't remember what.
Thank you so much Norm.
