Audio Liquid download

I have recently been on a site and they asked me to
download liquid audio to be able to play there music..

I did and now every time I start my pc up I get an
annoying message saying`Liquid audio has been uninstalled
as it would leed to my computer becoming unstable`

How do I get rid of this annoying message there is no add
and remove programme
