Hi All
Have just done a system restore on my Sony vaio.
Do I need to install SP1 before SP2, or does SP2 have all the SP1 bits built
in.
Only reason I ask is that I needed to flash my bios and install SP1 before I
could get my particular USB2 PCMCIA card to work.
It would make it so much easier if it just needed SP2 (of course the bios is
already flashed and won't need re-doing.
Thanks
Jim

SP2 replaces SP1 in its entirety. Therefore, you should only
install SP2.

Carey hope you can answer my question. I have installed Windows XP Home SP2
and now have asked for the Auto Updates at 9AM. When I selected that feature
will I get a notice that the update was done, time etc. or is it just a
blind update?
TIA
Dannie
