It would appear the shell32.dll may have become
unregistered or corrupt. Try this: click start\run and
type in regsvr32 /i shell32.dll and then click ok or hit
enter on your keyboard. Be sure to put the spaces in as I
have. One after the 32 and one after the i . You may have
to go to a dll site and download a new shell32.dll or get
the original off your disk. It will be in the i386 dll
folder. Keep smiling.
