hp 2110v

[mystic_venus]

On Control Panel/Printers & Faxes, hp2110 is checked but says offline. I
right click on use printer online and error message says operation cannot be
completed. What am I doing wrong? Also driver says not suupported. I can't
get add/remove programs to work to remove printer software so I can reinstall
it. Don't know what to do. Please help.

Is the Print Spooler working? From the Command Prompt, type:

net start spooler
(and hit enter)

Can it now come back online?
