Win XP SP2

Since updating my windows to SP 2 I cannot download from sites such as
download.com. I get the following...

You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials you supplied.

Any suggestions? I can't download from any site right now.

look in the sp2 security box in control panel, you have
to allow some sites or the firewall will block. if no
joy, look in internet options, make sure the right boxs
are checked, sp2 does take over things.
