I have four hard drives on my PC. At the moment they are assigned the
letters C, D, G and H. My CD-Rom and CD Writer are E and F. Can I change
drives G and H for E and F and vica versa? If so, will this affect any
shortcuts or programs that are associated with those two hard drives?

Cheers.

Right click My Computer, select Manage, Disk Management. You can change
drive letters here. And yes, it will affect any shortcuts that point to the
drives you've changed.
