Why doesn't my 2003 Cadillac have the same radio as my 1998 Cadillac?

It's not working because you "have" Windows XP and NOT Windows ME!

You might just wanna sit down and read WinXP Help for a while, Kamal.

Scanreg is not included in Windows XP because the Registry in Windows XP is
significantly different than the Registry in Windows 9x/ME. Windows XP
includes a much more comprehensive tool than the scanreg /restore feature
of Windows 9x/ME - System Restore.

scanreg /restore is not a function in XP. Go to Start->Help and Support, do
a search for and read about
System Restore,
Last Known Good Configuration,
Automated System Recovery (ASR),
CHKDSK
Recovery Console
