IRPROPS.CPL

So when my machine starts up, I am getting the following
error message.

Rundll:

Error loading IRProps.cpl

The specified module could not be found.

I can't find any reference to this file any where... Any
thoughts?

On mine it's a Control Panel Extension (47KB) and resides in the System32
folder.

From an MS Support page -
Infrared Port properties
(located in C:\Windows\Driver cache\I386\Driver.cab until you install an
infrared device), so it should be in the I386 Install CD folder.
