virus found

i have just installed all my software and my avg anty
virus as found a virus in
c:\window\system32\wins\dllhost.exe
there are too files of the same, apart from one is in
capital letters , the one with the virus. the virus is
worm/nachi . my anty virus cant remove it and i have
tryed doing it manuly but it will not go . has any one
got a way with out wiping my hard drive again.to remove it
