Load of Theme file

Hi

I have a *.theme file I like my WindowsXP to load without a user has to
manually load it from display properties...

Is there any API's I can use ?
Can I set something in the Registry to point to my theme file ?
Is there any console commands I can use ???

Thats doesn't make the theme file get loaded.
I still have to open deks.cpl and press OK...

Nedd a way of getting WindowsXP automatic load the theme file
