SP2 firewall

I have XP and downloaded SP2 last week. Now I have to
turn off the firewall, if not it timesout every 10
minutes. Also can't send emails from yahoo. Any
advice???

Go to control panel.There you will see a new icon Security Center.Double
click on it and at the bottom of the window you will see Windows
Firewall.Double click this and the new window that opens allows you to set
the Windows Firewall On or Off as you see fit.
