WinXP seems to have a built-in feature to type words spoken into a
microphone into a Word or Email document. That part works OK.

I want to be able to have the document read back to me. I would call this
"playback" or "text to speech". I think it might help prevent some
embarrassing email typos that spell/grammar check doesn't catch.

How do I make XP read a Word doc back to me?

Thx,
Steve

Have you tried Narrator yet? It's in the Accessibilities folder of the
Start Menu.
