Disc cleanup

After the recent patch (824145) nothing worked on my computer things kept
freezing etc. I uninstalled the patch and did a system restore back to the
day before the patch. Things seemed to improve BUT I then tried to do a disc
cleanup which started OK but then froze after about 10 or 15 seconds. Then
everything else stopped working again. Did a system restore again and took a
look at the disc cleanup and it is still frozen at the point it stopped
working before and if I try to run it again everything freezes again & I
have to do another system restore.
Will I ever be able to do a disc clean up again? Sorry I downloaded that
darn patch. I think it started all these problems.

Simply click on Kelly's fix, download the registry fix, then run it

I don't know about the other problems, but there is a fix for the disk
cleanup freezing on this site, line 48.
