windows resizing

I have windows xp home, and my msn home page will not
resize when I close the dashboard. The endocding on the
page says that it is a right to left document. Cant
change that. All other windows, and web sites resize
when closing dashboard. Is it possible to change my home
page to resize when i close dashboard? It is not in
minimize mode.
