Windows Explorere Refreshing

When I use my cd drive to view files off a cd the windows
explorer is not refreshing the data. The cd drive in the
windows explorer is still showing the cd title from a cd
I used a week ago. If I remove one cd and insert another
cd I then have to manually go to veiw, refresh to see the
data on the cd. It does refresh the data on the cd but
does not change the cd title. Any help would be
appreciated.
