I have XP Pro that is setup as a workgroup, not part of a domain. It is
attached to my home network. I have a work laptop running Win2k that is
part of a domain. I can plug the W2k PC into the network and, using
IPSec connect to the work domain.

Is there a way for the W2k domain laptop to access file shares on my
home workgroup PC? Is it possible to print from my laptop to the
printer (that has been shared to my home network)? Can I access my home
PC while I have IPSec running, or even when it is disconnected from the
work domain?

Please go to the newsgroups list in your newsreader, scroll to network_web

Thanks. I'll give them a try.
