First, I've having the problem of loading more than 2 IE
browsers. I can open up 1 browser, but as soon as I try to
open a second one, I get an error message, just sez it's
encountered an error. Doesn't really give me any idea as
to why or where it occured other than in a file named
winshow.dll What gives. I like to have more than two
browser windows open. Any ideas?

Second, when I try to shut down my computer, I have to
physically turn it off. I can go to Shut Down on the start
menu, but after the computer shuts down, 10 seconds later
it starts right back up. I really, really don't know why
this happens or how to fix this and it's really bothering
me.

I think you should reinstall your OS

See http://aumha.org/win5/a/shtdwnxp.htm
although the first might fix this, too.
