SP2 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Installed XP SP2. After the install restart I am getting the following blue
screen after the initial Windows XP screen with progress bar:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP: Ox0000000A
(0xBAD0B16C,0x000000FF,0x00000000,0x804E3B58) What is the best way to
troubleshoot this problem?
