hello..
it seems that TCP/ip is not installed
Go to Network connections in control panel
Do you see a LAN connection?
If so, right click > properties > make sure TCP/IP is
checked
Also make sure that your ethernet card is detected in
Device manager - check correct drivers is installed
You can also try reinstalling the ethernet card
