Hello all: My OS is winXP pro, browser is IE6.0 and
email program is Outlook Express6. There is chinese option
in: "IE | view | encoding" and no problem reading chinese
webpages.
BUT, there is no chinese option in:
"Outlook Express | view | encoding " and I can't read
chinese email! Why? How?
