Download options...

I posted another message in "General"...but I realized
that maybe this was a better place for my question.
You know that window that pops up when you download
something asking if you want to save the file, open it,
etc.? I accidentally clicked the box that said "Do not
show this to me again." And now, of course, the window
doesn't appear. Is there a way to somehow access that
window again or change my download settings? I've been
trying for a while to figure this one out and would
really appreciate any help...thanks.

Start>>Control Panel>>Internet Options>>Advanced
under browsing make sure Notify when downloads complete is checked.
