Windows XP Error

Hi, after I reboot my computer it always restarts with
the same error message. The message says "win32api.exe
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." What does the win32api.exe
do and is this a problem? My computer seems to perform
fine, but I wanted to make sure.

You can try go to safe mode to fix.
