Inetpub folder

The inetpub folder is supposed to be (according to my
instructor) under the c: drive, but it is not there on my
PC - any suggestions where else to look, how to set it
up, etc.?

The inetpub folder is only on the C drive if you have IIS (Internet
Information Server) installed.
It is not installed by default. You will have to install it from the XP cd.
