Hi. When I set my screen resolution at the recommended
1024x768 my screen becomes convex at the sides. This does
not happen at other resolutions. This problem only
started yesterday after I installed a "Frog Frenzy 2"
program from Cosmi. I have uninstalled that program but
the problem persists. How do I fix this? If it's
relevant, I have a Dell computer and monitor, using the
Windows XP Home operating system.

Thanks, Dave

Use the buttons on the monitor and adjust the screen settings.

My monitor does not have the capability of adjusting the
screen resolution settings by using buttons on the
monitor. The online monitor guide directs me to change
these settings using the mouse. Other thoughts? thanks,

Many games seem to install or modify video drivers. Why not
open the device manager and try to roll back your driver or
update the driver.

In the control panel you can open the DISPLAY and set your
display properties, look here also for other related
functions such as graphics or game controllers.

dave,

you might want to use system restore to get the old monitir setting back ...

if you never used system restore you will find it helpful to turn the clock
back

on your computer

start - programs - system tools - system restore

try it you will like it

hope this helps

There should be a button on your monitor for adjusting convex or
concave problems. It has nothing to do with your resolution. Just read
your manual that came with your monitor. :-) Or better yet call Dell.
