enbiei.exe Do i need it or should i get rid of it?

It's running in my task manager i know it has to do with
the worm but i was just wondering if i need to rid that
from running and how?

You need the patch described here to protect against it:

Problem is, you needed to install the patch BEFORE you got infected to avoid
it.
