Address Bar not working in Win Explorer or IE

My address bar has stopped showing up on the screen. I
can right click on the top of the screen and click on the
address bar option, but it doesn't show up. I've also
used the view menu and gone to toolbars and selected
address bar. I've checked on the side of the screen to
make sure it wasn't dragged where it was hard to see. Any
ideas?

Check the far left side on the same level. It may have been shrunk on the
left side. (dragged on the same level)
