Win 98 to XP upgrade in dif language

I moved to Portugal and have a computer with win 98.It=20
had 98 se but had to reinstall and now it doesn=B4t. I now=20
want to upgrade to XP but the upgrade I have is in=20
portuguese and it won=B4t allow me to upgrade. Any help=20
will be appreciated.
