HELP WordPerfect 8 accessories not working in Win XP

HELP. I have loaded WordPerfect Suite 8 onto Win XP
operated computer. Address Book and CorelCenter will
load, work once, and then when attempting to open them
again, I get a message: "ordinal 140 could not be located
in the dynamic link library MAPI32.dll" (for
CorelCentral) and the same warning indicating "ordinal
21" (for Address Book). If I load the programs again,
they open, I can work with them, by after I close them
and attempt to open them again, I get the same warning.
HELP.
