When I go online and when online I see the small window
in lower right corner of my screen called FactFinder.

I want to omit it forever, and never to have it clog the
screen again.

Please advise.

This i would imagine is one of those unhelpful spyware applications for
computer users who dont know what happens behind it. I seem to remember
Bonzi Buddy was one of these.

You should remove it if you dont know what it does or wasnt there when you
purchased your computer.
Try running a spyware scanner to see if you could get more info and check if
there is any more spyware on your computer.
