Windows Xp Proffessional sp2

After installing sp2,cannot boot system, it tries and
after a minute or so it restarts, so I rebooted with stop
on error then it stops with:
STOP C 000021A
F 0X C 0000395
(0X0 000000X
THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN

Any ideas?
