SP2 = No internet!?

Since installing SP2 I can't access the internet. I've tried disabling
firewalls, adding sites to "trusted sites", rereg dll's...basically
everything on the support page and nothing. I can ping out fine. I'm on a
hub and the other computer is fine but does not have sp2 installed. I
finally uninstalled it and can access the net fine but would prefer to have
sp2 installed...HELP!

If you encounter the problem again in SP2, try resetting the Winsock
settings.
