Video clip to clipboard

My friend has asked to to make a website for a short
animation video he has created and I've run into a
problem. I need to take a screenshot of a certain part
but whenever I paste the picture shows the clip being
played through and not that one shot I need. does anyone
know a way around this?

Hi Rob,
You need to decrease the video acceleration level in media player before you
can take screen shots. You can find details of how to do this at my site;
