hp deskjet 812c on USB print error with SP2

my 812C quit working when I installed SP2. I get an
error message from the print que ("This document failed
to print). It will eventually print the first 1/4" or so
of my document. Any suggestions? Oh, I have Norton
Internet security (tried with firewall on and off), and I
tried with Windows Firewall on and off, checked the
exception for printer sharing.

Corrupted printer drivers. Uninstall and reinstall CORRECTLY.
