Scanner installation hangup

Installed software for hp Scanjet 5100C and it wouldn't
go on completely and it won't come off with add &
remove. Any help would be welcome..... Trudy

Try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to the
installation. Start\All Programs\System Tools\System Restore.
