Please help me as this is driving me crazy! How do I
alter windows so that when I'm in a frag-tastic match of
unreal tournament, the game doesnt suddenly minimise
itself to the menu bar because someone has decided to
send me an AIM (just one example). I mean I can't get
past 4 mins into the game without something wanting my
attention or some multi-tasking on the processors part
causing problems. This has happened with every program
ive ever used so the easiest thing ive done is to put it
in a window which i don't want to do.

Please help!!

Did you ever think of turning the IM software off while your playing a game?
If your going to be playing, just close all other applications.
The game will run better that way.

Create a user account called "gamer" and then only run the
minimum services and applications in that user account
needed for the game.

No AIM, chat, email, whatever.
