Is it possible to contact microsoft on-line to discuss a
problem. I find myself in a web of dead-end paths, with
a mounting frustration... similar to "voice mail" hell. I
can't access an on-line account because it wants me
to "turn on my cookies". Sounds exciting... but anyway,
I have reduced my security settings to zero, and
generously accep all cookies, but still no access to my
account.

Are you perhaps running a firewall that's blocking cookies?
